Respect

Don't ever .... Ever ever ever let anybody in this world make you feel like shit . Don't ever let anyone treat you with anything less than the love and respect you deserve. You are a beautiful fantastic loving kind person with so much to give to the world. If you are surrounded by people who bring you down ... Loose them. If you are surrounded by people who talk down to you or talk AT you... Loose them. Your time and energy is precious. Don't waste on on anyone that doesn't deserve it. People may begrudge you in life, knock your dreams,your ambitions,your desires...identify them and release them with love from your life. You do not need them.... Shine. Be everything you can be. Love and respect yourself enough to never take second best from anyone or anything in life. You did not come on this journey to blend in, you came to stand out. You deserve the best... Understanding

I'm a true believer in our souls plan. I believe in the blueprint of the soul, that we choose the people and events of our life;we choose these people in the form of relationships, and the events, good & bad to so that we can grow on a soul level; but it sure is hard to get your head around sometimes.

Seeing my dad in hospital in the final stage of cancer is hard... Very very hard. It's so difficult to watch someone you love unconditionally go through the pain and fear that is cancer. Furthermore, in the back of my mind, I have to question-why would anyone choose to experience this on a soul level? Such pain and heartache. Such growing ? I wonder ....
